Integrating Professionals for Appalachian Children (IPAC) is a rural health network committed to improving the health of young children by fostering collaboration among professionals, families and community agencies.

Disciplines include, but are not limited to, nursing, early childhood mental health, counseling, education, psychology, speech- language, audiology, juvenile justice, medicine, and social work.
